Geraldine returned to the partnership at Zaid Ibrahim & Co after having been seconded to the former ZICO Law ASEAN offices in Myanmar, Thailand and thereafter, to KPMG Law in Vietnam in Cambodia in approximately the last 10 years combined. Geraldine brings with her significant on the ground and hands-on regional and cross-border experience having undertaken several significant transactions and award-winning deals in ASEAN. Prior to relocating to the various ASEAN offices, Geraldine practiced in Malaysia for several years where she started her career in disputes and has several reported judgments involving corporate commercial matters, breach of contract, facility defaults and shareholder tussles.
