Associate

Lesley is an Associate in our Employment team.

She advises employer and employee clients across a wide range of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

She has extensive experience of advising clients on the full spectrum of every day HR matters, including discipline, absence and performance related issues, grievances, redundancy and flexible working.

Lesley drafts bespoke employment documentation including contracts, policies and restrictive covenants and regularly negotiates settlements on behalf of both employees and employers.

She also represents clients in employment tribunals throughout the UK.

Lesley is valued for her enthusiasm and her ability to provide practical, sensible and commercial advice in an approachable and sensitive manner.
