Zhilal, a law graduate of International Islamic University Malaysia, with first class degrees, both in Bachelor of Law, LL.B (Hons) in 2020 and Bachelor of Law (Shariah), LL.B(S) (Hons) in 2021.

Throughout his internship period, he was supervised directly under the senior partner of a firm to assist her particularly in conveyancing matters. He was entrusted to draft certain legal documents related to land dealings and loan matters. Throughout his years of study, he gradually developed his interest and passion in banking and finance practices apart from corporate areas.

assisted in several mandatory licenses application and other related manufacturing applications for foreign company in Malaysia including business premise license, income tax registration, and Employee Provident Fund’s registration. assisted in a sale and purchase of property involving a foreign-controlled company in Malaysia and related taxation issues in relation to the purchase of the property. assisted in preparation of strategy paper in advising several foreign companies on the issue of default of contractual duty involving a big-scale glove company. assisted in benchmarking reviews on remuneration policy of directors between several remarkable multinational companies in Malaysia. assisted in preparing legal advises in relation to cyber-attacks and ransomware issues involving one of the prominent companies in Malaysia.
