A Partner in our specialist Commercial Real Estate team, David has over 25 years experience advising clients on all areas of commercial property.

He regularly advises clients on property finance for both borrowers and lenders, acquisition and disposal of investment property and the negotiation and completion of commercial leases for landlords and tenants. He also advises residential and commercial developers on a wide range of real estate matters and advises clients on multi-site regeneration proposals, site assembly, project finance and disposal, and he is particularly experienced in advising on option and development agreements for both landowners and developers.

David is a member of Abertay Housing Association’s management committee.
