Kathleen-Erin is accomplished in the handling of complex and high value litigation winning high settlements for life changing injuries and clinical negligence matters. She also has valuable experience in group litigation proceedings.  Kathleen-Erin has a keen interest in industrial disease claims and has been key to securing an ATE insurance product allowing clients to litigate their occupational disease claims to achieve a win. She has 13 years of experience litigating in the Court of Session, All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury court and Sheriff Courts around Scotland.
