Family

Ashley is a Partner in our Family Law team in Aberdeen.

Ashley advises clients on all aspects of family law including separation and divorce, issues involving children, adoption, contact, residence, and financial provision. She also prepares prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements tailored to each client’s individual circumstances. In addition to regular court appearances, she is trained in alternative dispute resolution including Collaboration, Mediation and Arbitration.

Ashley is also a Family Mediator (member of CALM), Collaboratively trained (member of Consensus), and a Family Law Arbitrator (member of Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland). She is currently ranked Band 1 in Chambers and Partners for her expertise in family law.

Outside of the office, Ashley is a committed member of the Family Law Association. She serves as Treasurer for both the local Consensus group and the national Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland (FLAGS) group. Ashley is also passionate about supporting the next generation of legal professionals and tutors on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University.
