Corah is an experienced member of the Private Client team known for her professional expertise and friendly, approachable manner. She advises UK based individuals, couples and families on a broad range of estate planning matters including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. Corah is particularly skilled in advising family business owners with both their personal and business succession planning, helping them preserve their wealth across generations. She tailors her advice to address key client concerns, including mitigating tax liabilities, seamless generational wealth transfer and asset protection.

Corah also provides expert guidance in Executry Administration (both testate and intestate), including cross-border estates. She advises on Scottish Forced Heirship Rules (Legal Rights) and the Confirmation (Scottish Probate) process. Her expertise also extends to the creation and administration of various types of Trusts, including Charitable Trusts, Personal Injury Trusts, and Disabled Persons Trusts.

Fundamentally, she communicates complex legal and tax issues clearly and simply, making the legal process straightforward and accessible for all of her clients.

Corah is an accredited member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of Trusts, Estates and related issues. Corah frequently provides internal and external training on Private Client matters. Outside of work she is an active member of The Rotary Club of Dundee, demonstrating her commitment to the local community.
