With a strong property background Ian has built up considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property sales, purchases and refinancing security work, with specialist expertise in leasing, acting for landlords and tenants alike in such matters as preparing leases, assignations, sub-leases and rent reviews.

He also provides expert advice for both land owners and developers on land acquisitions and sales, option agreements, Section 75 Agreements and land title issues including preparing Deeds of Conditions and then acting in the ultimate sale of the plots. In recent years, he has developed a keen interest in the renewable energy sector, representing clients in wind farm transactions.
