Robbie is a Partner in the Corporate team. Having joined the firm in September 2007 shortly after qualifying. Robbie is involved in a wide range of corporate and public law work with a particular focus on the education sector.

Robbie advises a wide variety of businesses and public sector organisations operating across a broad spectrum of industries regarding commercial and regulatory matters including business start-up, acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, corporate governance, constitutional and structural issues, and statutory compliance.

Robbie sits on our internal Brexit committee, tracking progress of political and legal developments and the impact they are likely to have on the firm’s clients and key sectors
