A key member of our specialist Private Client team in Inverness, Magnus assists individuals and their families in planning for the future.

He advises clients on a range of issues and planning matters including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax Planning. He has a particular interest in the use of Trusts in Inheritance Tax planning and protecting vulnerable beneficiaries.  He also assists Executors in the winding up of Estates and Trustees in the creation, administration and winding up of Trusts.

Magnus is recognised by his clients for providing rounded, thorough and practical solutions to his clients.

Magnus is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
