A key member of the Real Estate team and lead Partner of the Inverness office. Paul has been advising business clients on their property, planning and environmental requirements for over 20 years.

Paul also has extensive experience in planning matters, having previously worked for the Highland Council. He is well placed to advise and assist clients with planning applications, appeals, objections and agreements and has acted for a range of clients in high profile planning and environmental matters including Government Agencies and Public Authorities dealing with complex appeals and challenges.

He advises on regulatory and environmental matters including, roads, water and drainage and also advises clients on Compulsory Purchase Orders.  Paul also has extensive renewables experience and regularly advises clients on planning applications, conditions, agreement and appeals.

Paul advises clients on all aspects of buying, selling or leasing commercial property, including hotels, offices, industrial or retail units and investment properties.  Paul acts for developers nationwide and advises often on complex transactions reaching across various connected disciplines.
