Chris leads on the team’s dispute resolution, litigation and adjudication matters. She deals with and leads on high net worth estates including multijurisdictional assets and estates that include domicile issues. Helen enjoys dealing with Agricultural and Business estates where relief claims have to be negotiated with HMRC-IHT.

This includes advising and assisting clients in the motor retail, office, retail and logistics and warehouse sectors, covering all aspects of general and strategic portfolio management; lettings; lease renewals; securitisation and investment and commercial development; and acquisitions and disposals.Joanne leads the corporate support Real Estate team working closely with the firm’s corporate M&A and banking & finance teams in providing corporate support on property aspects to clients undertaking corporate acquisitions or disposals. Joanne routinely assists the corporate M&A team on complex property/large property portfolio M&A transactions in the corporate mid-market space.
