Meera will be based out of our Chennai office. Meera has over a decade of experience in dispute resolution and real estate transactions. She brings specialized expertise to arbitration, commercial litigation, and environmental matters, with a niche focus on labour and employment disputes, intellectual property, and construction litigation. Meera holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (2013). Meera has been recognized as a ‘Key Lawyer’ for Dispute Resolution (Arbitration and Litigation) and a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Leading Firms – Chennai category for 2025 (Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2024). Samvād: Partners (www.samvadpartners.com) is thrilled to announce that Ms. Anjana J Potti has joined our Firm as an Equity Partner with effect from June 22, 2026 along with her team. Anjana is based out of our Bengaluru office. Ms. Anjana J Potti brings over 21 years of experience in banking and financial services, debt capital markets, debt restructuring, and structured financing. Her practice spans advising domestic and international banks, NBFCs, private credit and special situations funds, multilateral development finance institutions, alternative investment platforms, and asset reconstruction companies across lending, securitisation, debt issuances, treasury transactions, insolvency, and restructuring matters. She also has significant experience with listed and unlisted bond issuances as both investor and issuer counsel, including in the infrastructure sector. Anjana holds a B.A. LL.B.
