Nivedita Nivargi has been with the Firm since 2006. She works primarily in the areas of early-stage investments, private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly advises on matters relating to technology and data privacy, general commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

She is admitted to practice law in India.

Nivedita holds a BSL, LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune (2004).
