Natasha Mahajan is one of the key partners at Firm's Bengaluru office and is extensively involved in mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital as well as venture debt transactions. She has advised on several cross-border and domestic transactions, representing investors/acquirers as well as target companies and their promoters. She has significant industry specific experience in the technology sector and routinely advises clients on matters relating to information technology laws, software and commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

Natasha holds B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (2005) and LL.M. (International Business Laws) from London School of Economics, U.K., 2008 (Marchant Foundation Scholar)
