Bizlink Lawyers is a professional law firm which provides a full range of legal services to clients. The firm was founded by highly respected lawyer Mr Do Trong Hai, together with a group of senior lawyers who used to work for major law firms in Vietnam.
For over a decade, Bizlink Lawyers has primarily focused on cross-border and domestic investments, corporate and commercial, banking and finance, securities and capital markets, real estate and construction, M&A, dispute resolution, IP services and other sectors and services.
The firm is currently staffed with nearly 40 lawyers and consultants with proficient knowledge and experience that makes it eligible to deliver high-quality and specialised services to clients. Mr Do Trong Hai is the managing partner of Bizlink Lawyers and works in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. He is a member of the National Council of Lawyers – Vietnam Bar Federation, vice chairman of Supervision Committee of Vietnam Bar Federation, executive member of Vietnam Business Lawyers Club and an arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
With years of legal practising and managing the two firms and acting as team leader in a large number of cases, transactions and projects, Mr Hai has acquired extensive and in-depth expertise and experience in legal practice in Vietnam. His position has been high-ranked and proven through his valuable advice and consultancy for hundreds of clients, of which most are foreign investors over the past two decades.
Mr Nguyen Duc Manh is a Hanoi-based partner of the firm and heads its dispute resolution team. He has retained experience and been involved in dozens of big dispute cases of all sizes in both arbitration and litigations through court. Beside his major expertise in dispute resolution, Mr Manh is actively involved in providing legal advice to local and foreign clients.
Mr Do Viet Dzung joined Bizlink Lawyers as a partner based in Hanoi since 2017. He specialises in corporate and compliance works, M&A, real estate and construction. He is also involved in banking and finance transactions, employment and bidding. He possesses a unique combination of a deep understanding of corporate legal issues and excellent capabilities of using legal skills to win for his clients.
Ms Pham Ngoc Linh Lan is a partner of Bizlink Lawyers and based in Ho Chi Minh City. Having almost 15 years of legal practice, Ms Lan has been active in advising on various aspects of corporate and commercial matters related to foreign and local investments, M&A, legal due diligence exercises, negotiations with third parties and preparation of transactional documents.
Ms Le Thi Hong is a senior counsel of Bizlink Lawyers and based in Hanoi. She specialises in foreign and domestic investment, licensing and administration services, corporate and compliance. Besides, she also has vast experience in bidding, and employment matters.
