Managing partner and counsel. Amir Singh Pasrich co-founded the law firm ‘International Law Affiliates’ or “ILA” in 1998. I.L.A. Pasrich & Company was founded in 2010. He has handled cross-border work since 1992, and presently acts as counsel to the law firm for commercial disputes and international arbitration cases. Tulip Infratech Ltd. Ltd (2007-13); concluded five nation project for the European Union; advisor to His Excellency the Ambassador of France (2007 onwards); handled cross-border agreements and disputes for several companies.
