Stuart Fleet advised a South African mining company client on a £35.5m hostile takeover offer by an investment company, and Giles Hawkins acted for a client in the renewable energy sector on the £14m disposal of a partnership interest from a venture capital fund in the company. Clients include Gemalto, Sprue Aegis, Tamares Real Estate Investments and Schlumberger.
