Attorney Xue Weihua is a senior partner at SGLA Law Firm. Mr. Xue graduated from the Law School of Fudan University and has over 20 years of legal practice experience. He is fluent in both Japanese and English.

Before joining SGLA, Attorney Xue worked as a partner at several well-known international law firms in Tokyo and Osaka, as well as at a law firm in China. He has provided legal services to nearly one hundred Fortune 500 companies from the United States, Europe, and Japan throughout the entire process of their investments in China, including foreign investment, M&A, labor redundancies, liquidation, and commercial dispute resolution. He has also worked closely with Japanese law firms, accounting firms, and tax advisory firms to provide legal advice to nearly thirty leading Chinese companies in their investments, financings, and M&A transactions in Japan.
