SGLA Law Firm was initiated by former domestic members of the Sino-Global Legal Alliance (SGLA)—recognized by international rating agencies as China’s leading multinational law firm alliance. It is an emerging new type of comprehensive law firm, founded on domestic integration, committed to building strong regional offices, and oriented toward global development.Unlike existing large national law firms that typically adopt a “1+N” expansion model, SGLA Law Firm was the first to propose and implement the “N+1” brand operation model. This approach brings together N regional law firms to jointly create, build, and share a unified national brand. Through long-term collaboration, the firm has achieved a high degree of alignment in professional philosophy, market strategy, management structure, and service standards. By integrating firm-level autonomy, regional synergy, and centralized national coordination, it has pioneered a new path for the scaled development of Chinese law firms.Headquartered in Shanghai, SGLA Law Firm follows the principle of establishing one office to serve as the regional administrative center for each province, municipality, or autonomous region.
