Personal

David Li obtained his legal professional qualification in 2002 and has been a lawyer since 2006. In 2010, David Li was selected for the UK’s Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme (LCTS) by organizations such as the UK Ministry of Justice and the Bar Council of England. He joined a one-year legal training and law firm internship in the UK. In that year, only 13 Chinese lawyers were selected for the program. David Li has also participated in short-term training programs in the United States. He is proficient in English. He is familiar with English and American law.

His expertise focused on representing domestic and international clients in disputes related to international trade, agency, investment, maritime, and engineering, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, or litigations conducted domestically or internationally. David Li also serves as a legal advisor for several large state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises, providing legal consultation on their international business. His clients covers the industries of aviation, chemicals, energy, electromechanical equipment, mining, and finance.
