Catherine provides a broad range of corporate and commercial advice, specialising in private M&A transactions and has significant experience in both trade sale and private equity transactions. She works with portfolio and private companies on their day to day commercial requirements, including terms and conditions and general contractual arrangements. Catherine also provides advice to public companies on listing compliance, directors duties and corporate governance.

Admitted in Australia and to the New York Bar, Catherine's clients benefit from her commerciality and seven years of international experience. Catherine advises clients on inbound and outbound transactions involving global corporations or where the acquisition or sale is a specific move in the Australian market.

Catherine's clients include multinational companies, private equity houses, investment funds, start-ups, technology companies, listed public companies and privately held Australian companies.
