Laura is an Associate in the Agriculture and Rural team. She frequently advises a number of landowners, developers and rural businesses in high value farm and estate sales and purchases, land transfers linked to succession planning, and renewable energy projects. She has a particular interest in complex rural conveyancing and associated matters, and has experience advising clients in agricultural and commercial leasing, development site transactions, telecommunications, servitude rights, and access issues.
