Rebecca has substantial experience in all areas of planning including section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, CIL strategy, viability review, judicial review, planning appeals, land assembly, heritage assets, and enforcement.

On the environmental side, Rebecca advises on EIA, permitting, contamination, waste, and sustainability.

Rebecca works across a range of sectors, including residential (including build to rent, co-living, retirement and PBSA), commercial, leisure, health, education, logistics, retail, and industry.  Rebecca acts on all sides of the development fence: for developers, local authorities, statutory bodies, lenders, institutional investors and operators.
