Scott has over 15 years’ experience advising on all aspects of construction, infrastructure, renewable and conventional energy, major projects and engineering. He has worked both in-house and in private practice across Asia and Australasia, and advises on all stages of the project life cycle — from structuring, risk allocation, and tendering through to negotiation, project delivery and dispute resolution.
