Baljeet qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is now a Partner advising business clients on all aspects of a company and commercial law including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements. Her experience also includes drafting an array of commercial contracts. The advice she provides to any one client can vary from providing business contract advice to governance related advice.  She acts for a variety of clients which include high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and charities in a number of different industry sectors such as manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail, technology, software, insurance and leisure.
