Our Intellectual Property Practice
We support our clients to build global intellectual property portfolios, encompassing patents, copyright, trademarks, and unregistrable rights, like trade secrets. We do so by reducing the risk of infringement, combatting trademark squatters and increasing the value of companies’ intellectual property assets. Our two offices provide full-service IP practice that is fully integrated with other matters related to intellectual property, including franchise law, technology licensing and related transactions, e-commerce, privacy & data security, domain names and social media. Further, we manage Asia portfolio for clients. We advise on some of the most significant intellectual property enforcement to date, with experience in telecommunication, FMCG, fashion, technology, education, transportation, finance, entertainment, real estate and pharmaceutical sectors etc. Our enforcement includes investigation work, AMR enforcement, PSB enforcement and litigation. We also do significant IP transactional work including IP due diligence.
