Junior Associate

Dani is a Junior Associate at Villaraza & Angangco and is actively engaged in the practice of labor and employment law. She advises both local and multinational clients on compliance with Philippine labor regulations, workforce policy development, and the resolution of workplace disputes.

She has experience representing clients before the National Labor Relations Commission, focusing on cases involving illegal dismissal, labor-only contracting, and other employment-related violations. Dani also contributes to appellate work, assisting in the preparation of pleadings and crafting legal strategies for labor cases.

Beyond litigation, she provides advisory services on employment documentation and policy compliance, including the drafting and review of employment contracts, contracting agreements, and mutual separation agreements. Her work ensures alignment with Philippine labor laws while addressing business requirements.

Ms. Dimapilis was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.

Dani was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Public Administration, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
