Heading up our specialist medical negligence team, Oliver is a highly experienced lawyer, who represents claimants nationwide.
Oliver has an enviable track record of success with high value cases, including a £6.5m settlement for a girl who suffered a brain injury at birth and a £4m settlement for a young boy with cerebral palsy. More recently he negotiated a multi-million pound settlement package for an aspiring Olympic athlete who required a below knee amputation resulting from a failure to diagnose septic arthritis. With the assistance of funding obtained by Oliver his client is now making a name for himself as a Paralympian.
Recent successes also include a £2m settlement for an elderly woman who suffered a brain injury following cancer surgery, and a six-figure settlement for a woman who underwent a vaginal mesh procedure.
Oliver is well known for his campaigning for the rights of mothers and babies who have been let down by our maternity services.
He is also spearheading the fight for justice on behalf of hundreds of British PIP breast implant victims in the French courts.
