Giuseppe is a Supervising Associate in the Dispute Resolution group in Milan and specialises in Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Giuseppe’s practice covers pharmaceutical, medical device, medtech, biotechnology, food, cosmetic and novel product industries. He assists clients in both advisory and contentious matters before the competent national authorities and the European Court of Justice. He has extensive experience in healthcare and life sciences commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, in particular in the areas of clinical trials, orphan drug designation, marketing authorisation procedures, pharmacovigilance, market access, price and reimbursement, implementation of new technologies, artificial intelligence and digital initiatives.

Giuseppe regularly publishes and lectures on healthcare and life sciences matters, and he is currently associate editor of the European Health & Pharmaceutical Law Review.
