Sascha is a partner in our Frankfurt office and head of our German Employment Practice.
Career
He is a certified professional for employment and labour law and advises national and international companies in all aspects of collective labour and individual employment law. He has an extensive sector experience, particularly concerning the Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT and Consumer Goods and Retail Industries.
Sascha’s experience involves national and cross-border restructurings, acquisitions, transfers of undertakings, negotiations with works councils on works agreements on co-determination matters and regarding operational changes on balance of interests and social plans, mass dismissals, service relationships with managing directors and board-members, employment in regulated industries including remuneration schemes, internal compliance investigations, employee data protection law, employee leasing, employment of foreign employees in Germany, as well as representation in labour courts. Technology company: Advising on outsourcing of part of their business and reorganisation.Sascha studied law at the University of Hamburg and at the University of Texas, Austin, School of Law, (LL.M.). After being admitted to the German bar in 2005, he initially worked for two international commercial law firms in Hamburg and Frankfurt. Sascha is an attorney and counsellor at law, New York.
