His practice is primarily focused on assisting companies, as well as their senior executives and directors, in managing complex and strategic issues related to human resources law. As such Stefan advises clients on all aspects of labour law, social security law, international employment/mobility (economic migration law), employment contracts and policies, dismissals, non-compete clauses, privacy protection at work, worker status (employee/self-employed), pay transparency, work flexibility, and HR aspects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also supports clients with collective redundancies, restructurings, business transfers, collective disputes, strikes and lockouts, and helps optimise salary packages and extra-legal benefits, as well as conducting social audits. Stefan regularly represents clients before the competent courts.

Stefan’s sector experience includes medical/health, finance, retail, services, construction, media, and the manufacturing industry. His services include advice, representation before authorities, strategic assistance, training, and secondments.

He is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
