Annabelle joined Shook Lin & Bok as a pupil in 2019 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2020. She has been practising as an advocate and solicitor with the firm since 2020 and was promoted to senior associate in 2024. Annabelle specializes in intellectual property law, providing comprehensive legal advice and strategic management of IP rights for a varied clientele.

Her practice includes handling trademark prosecution and registration, managing the lifecycle of patent applications, and securing protection for industrial designs. She conducts extensive searches, prepares and files necessary documentation, and negotiates with global partners to manage international IP portfolios efficiently. Annabelle also reviews, drafts, and negotiates IP-related agreements and assists clients with domain name management. She enforces IP rights through investigations, cease and desist letters, and infringement actions, and addresses IP infringements on digital platforms.

Annabelle is actively involved in litigation and has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court for intellectual property disputes.

She is a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA).
