Robin joined Bermans in December 2015 and has been a Partner in the firm’s Corporate department since July 2022.

Robin advises clients ranging from start-ups to large companies on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, reorganisations, joint ventures, employee share schemes (including EMI, CSOP and non-tax-advantaged schemes), demergers, and corporate governance issues.

Robin has also developed niche specialisms in Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) and Family Investment Company (FIC) work, which is a real asset to our firm and should be recognised. His technical expertise coupled with his innate ability to translate complex matters into plain English sets him apart from his peers.

Robin is a member of The Law Society.
