Hyungjune An is an attorney at Kim & Chang. His practice primarily focuses on finance matters including capital market, financial dispute, structured finance and securities.

Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. An has acquired extensive experience advising financial institutions on capital market regulations, equity and debt offering and structured financing. Additionally, he counsels financial institutions on disputes related to financial investment instruments such as securities and derivatives and to foreign exchange regulations and financial regulations.

Mr. An worked at Kim & Chang’s Ho Chi Minh City office in Vietnam from December 2019 to December 2020. Currently, he works at the firm’s Seoul office, providing legal advice on various finance law matters to domestic and overseas financial institutions while also providing advice on Vietnamese law to Korean companies and financial institutions investing in Vietnam.
