Won Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang who provides legal advice for intellectual property (IP) transactions, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in providing legal advice and representing clients in conventional IP cases, as well as in handling the increasingly common employee invention cases.

Since joining Kim & Chang in 2005, Mr. Kim has gained broad experience in providing in-depth legal advice across various industries, including semiconductors, electronics, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), gaming, and entertainment. Based on his prior experience as a trainee at TMI Associates in Japan before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim actively handles Japan-related work for our firm.
