Sang Woo Lee is an attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice and Tax Audits & Tax Dispute Resolution Practice.

Mr. Lee joined Kim & Chang in 2006, after ten years of distinguished service with the National Tax Service (NTS), where he served as a deputy director for Division of International Taxation as well as a director of Regional Tax Offices.

Mr. Lee also served in the judiciary for several years as a judge in District Court. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of administrative, tax and civil litigation, and criminal cases.

Reflecting his varied experience as a judge and a senior officer in a tax agency and his expertise as a CPA, Mr. Lee has a broad practice in administrative, civil and tax dispute at the firm. In the area of litigation practice, Mr. Lee has specialized in administrative litigation, tax and customs disputes, and professional liability issues. He regularly represents companies before the Courts and the National Tax Tribunal.
