Teresa Lee is a partner in the corporate department of JunHe Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital reorganisation, cross-border transactions, outbound investments by various PRC entities, IPOs, and also compliance and regulatory matters relating to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Hong Kong Takeovers Code. Teresa has also participated in a number of outbound investments by PRC entities involving various jurisdictions in Asia Pacific, Europe and America.

Teresa specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, pre-IPO investments, and listing regulatory and compliance in Hong Kong. Her clients include investment banks, investment funds, private and public companies, and PRC state-owned enterprises.
