Mr. Peng joined JunHe in 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Peng had years of practice experience in other Chinese law firms, advising clients on investments, financial derivatives and trust related business.

Since joining JunHe, Mr. Peng has represented many domestic and international clients in corporate and M&A transactions across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications and finance. His services have included legal due diligence, deal structuring, document drafting and negotiating. In the area of private equity, he has advised clients in relation to the establishment of such funds and their downstream investments.
