Upon joining JunHe, Mr. Hu has successively represented clients in various projects including private placements, public offerings, offshore IPOs of H-share, red-chip companies and offshore companies holding domestic equity, advised various onshore and offshore enterprises in reorganization, restructuring, M&A, onshore and offshore venture capital investments and financing, and drafted and reviewed a significant number of legal documents including joint venture contracts, articles of association, equity transfer agreements and merger and acquisition agreements.

Mr. Hu has led representation of PE/VC clients including Bain Capital, Carlyle, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, Citi, RREEF, Macquarie, Citic Capital, SAIF, Sequoia Capital, CVC Capital, CDH, Hony Capital, China Merchants Group, PINGAN and CRC etc.
