Ms. Jiaqi Wang is based at JunHe’s Shanghai office. Before joining JunHe she served as the sole legal director of a leading multinational corporation.

Specializing in cross-border investments, private equity/venture capital, general corporate matters and capital markets, Ms. Wang has extensive experience advising multinational corporations, investment funds, private enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and startups on strategic mergers & acquisitions, financing, and domestic/overseas listings. Her expertise spans industries including semiconductors, IT & high-tech, consumer goods, life sciences & healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and real estate. During her period as the sole legal director of a multinational company, she led high-profile cross-border M&A transactions and played a key role in post-merger business and operational integration.
