Mr. Liu Rong specializes in corporate issues, securities, and general commercial practice.

He has significant experience in legal services for the restructuring, reforms, mergers and acquisitions of large and medium size state-owned enterprises, as well as those of private or high-tech companies. Mr. Liu has also advised several domestic enterprises in their Initial Public Offerings and listings on both the mainland and Hong Kong stock markets. In the area of corporate issues, he has been a consultant to a number of state-owned enterprises, private high-tech companies, and some foreign-invested enterprises. He has provided a variety of legal expertise on relevant issues pertaining to day-to-day operations and business, drafting, reviewing material contracts, as well as representing clients in relevant negotiations.

He received his LL.B. from the Law School of the China University of Political Science and Law and his LL.M. from Sichuan University Law School.
