Lorenzo Hernando Abogados is a specialist firm in Public Law and Real Estate Law. We work in public procurement, urban planning and state liability, as well as in compulsory purchase and in claims brought against public authorities on behalf of companies in insolvency proceedings, an area in which the practice has steadily developed. We act both for companies and individuals against the administration and for public authorities in their own defence, and we appear at every level of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, including cassation before the Tribunal Supremo.

Founded by Juan Manuel Lorenzo Hernando, a lawyer with broad experience in the public sector, as a former civil servant in the local administration, and in the private sector, providing legal advice to companies and individuals in Public Law and Real Estate Law since 2006. He teaches on the Master's in Urban Planning at UNIR.
