Paulina Kieszkowska is a recognised leader in Life Sciences law, specialising in pharmaceutical, reimbursement and healthcare regulation. She advises leading pharmaceutical companies and industry organisations on reimbursement proceedings, market access, risk-sharing instruments and regulatory strategy, representing clients before administrative authorities and public institutions.

Her practice combines in-depth legal expertise with active involvement in shaping healthcare policy.  She also advises patients and patient organisations pro bono.

Before establishing KRK, she worked at three large international law firms, where she developed Life Sciences departments.
