Tomasz specialises in developing and implementing group restructurings to increase tax efficiency. He advises Polish and foreign entrepreneurs and investors, both private and institutional, on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, planning capital or financial structures and investment financing. He advises on transactions to acquire or dispose of significant assets such as shares, stocks and real estate. Tomasz provides services to Polish entities investing abroad and foreign entities investing in Poland.

Tomasz assists in planning property succession using domestic and foreign solutions. He is experienced in conducting tax and court proceedings. He has participated in and supervised numerous tax audits and due diligence audits in a wide variety of industries.

Tomasz is a member of the International Fiscal Association. He has been repeatedly recommended by independent international rankings of law firms in the field of tax law, particularly by Chambers and Partners Europe and The Legal 500. In 2023, as part of the 17th National Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms organised by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, he was recommended in the category: International Tax Law.
