Łukasz specialises in court and arbitration proceedings and in capital markets and corporate law. His experience covers in particular advising in the reactivation of a so-called pre-war company and the related proceedings to declare the invalidity of the decision on the nationalisation of the company’s business.

Łukasz has been also supporting clients in a host of corporate disputes. Additionally, he provides advice in arbitration proceedings related to the execution of investment project based on FIDIC contracts. Moreover, Łukasz has frequently advised clients in the performance of obligations related to the acquisition of major share packages. He is also the author of numerous research papers on civil and commercial law.
