Rafał is a licensed tax advisor with over 18 years of experience in cooperation with Polish and international companies and institutions. He specialises in advising on broadly defined personal taxes, social security, cross-border global mobility matters and the design and implementation of the effective remuneration systems (including various forms of employment, B2B, managerial contracts and dedicated incentive programmes).

Rafal has designed, implemented and audited all kinds of remuneration structures, incentive programmes and employee benefit schemes. Among others, he has supervised and collaborated with external legal, financial, relocation and HR service providers, being the main point of contact for boards and key decision makers on tax, compliance and immigration matters. He has actively worked with consultancy offices around the world, analysing clients’ business needs, implementing tailored solutions, giving presentations to boards and participating in change management projects, including the implementation of ERP systems and competence development programmes.

He is the author of numerous publications in the field of personal taxation. He regularly participates in conferences and seminars on human capital management (HCM) and tax topics. He has conducted numerous training courses and workshops on global mobility, taxation and social security.
