Monika’s transaction experience includes advising entities within traditional economic sectors (e.g. manufacturing, transport, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, pharmacy, banking and finance) and rapidly-developing sectors (e.g. new technologies, particularly e-commerce and biotechnology).
