Grzegorz heads SSW’s corporate law practice. He specialises in civil and commercial law, providing comprehensive legal support to a wide range of domestic and international clients, including national and multinational corporations, investment funds, financial institutions, private clients and family-owned businesses.

He advises clients on the establishment and structuring of companies, corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day corporate operations. His practice encompasses complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He also advises on shareholders’ agreements, capital increases and reductions, the responsibilities of management and supervisory board members and their duties.

His work additionally focuses on projects with cross-border elements and related cooperation with local law firms.
