Agnieszka specialises in data protection and privacy law. She has experience as a Data Protection Officer in both Polish and international companies in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. She has implemented comprehensive data protection programmes for service providers in the Software-as-a-Service model, web services and shared service centres for multinationals.

She has experience in all aspects of data protection, particularly: mapping and managing data protection processes; designing data-driven products and services; conducting compliance audits; drafting risk analyses, policies, standards and data protection agreements; assessing and reporting data breaches to regulatory authorities; representing clients before such authorities; and providing staff training.

She helps clients to effectively balance legal data protection requirements with their business needs and expectations. She holds CIPP/E certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional) and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
